Firm Partner Teaches Receivership Class at Bar Association
Egan & Golden partner Brian T. Egan was selected to teach a class to lawyers on the use and appointment of Receivers. Attorneys seeking fiduciary appointments must comply with the educational training requirements set forth in Part 36 Rules of the Chief Judge, and Mr. Egan was an instructor at the Suffolk Academy of Law's "RULES & GUIDELINES FOR RECEIVERS" which satisfied the requirements for receivership appointment eligibility. Mr. Egan has been appointed by the Supreme Court to serve as a Referee and Receiver in a wide variety of complex commercial disputes.
